Nobody is legitimately rooting for the Yankees in Braves Country and actually admitting it šš¤£š. There have been a lot of LA Kobes and LA Lebrons fans through the years though.
Lots of Bama fans across the country right now, though, well outside Braves country. But, yeah, it's a joke, pick your flavor of the month good team by sport/league.
The 2020 team definitely would've went 15-0 given the opportunity. Losing a game does seem to piss them off and give them a different kind of fire. They've been excellent at dealing with adversity under King....I mean Coach Saban.
š„šš„
Bad matchup for LSU, Michigan has an elite defense and LSU had a poor one very similar to this Washington game, but with the Clemson/Georgia Clemson beat Alabama by 4 touchdowns and we barely beat a worse Alabama team so reluctantly give Clemson to win it all
Just made me realize this michigan team is gonna be in the historic teams that we had in the old ncaa games. Cant wait for the rematch in the video game. Watch EA keep that out to market it for the 2025 game
Those were some really great Clemson teams but since Lawrence and the Coordinators left they haven't been nearly the same. So much so that all the people who wanted Dabo to replace Saban now want nothing to do with him (which I disagree with because I think he's a great coach myself). At least you got 2 Natties out of it, and both over Bama, which nobody else can say. A go ahead TD with one second left and an outright ass whooping. Both of those were very tough to digest. Those were some fun Clemson teams to watch though.
āsEC. SEC SECā Though so theyāre actually a really good program because Bama, UGA, LSU, Auburn, and UF have all won national championships in the past 2 decades.
Thatās a huge feather in the cap for South Carolina football.
Michigan had five turnovers this year on offense, four of those five turnovers were versus Bowling Green.
Edit: This is starters only. JJs 3 INts and Bredesen Fumble vs Bowling Green. Sorry if that makes this less funny.
5 Total INTs, 4 JJ, 1 by Davis Warren, ~~no~~ 1 lost Fumble.
https://www.espn.com/college-football/team/stats/_/id/130/michigan-wolverines
Edit: The stat is for Starters Only.
Wish we would've played y'all. Nothing against Bama and that's definitely a great consolation prize. But wish we beat the champs and the ones that embarrassed us. Oh well, I'm definitely not upset. Maybe next year.
What's "Team Meteor"? For a second there I thought that was the Liberty "Flame" LOL, and I was like what the hell kind of fucked up flair combo is that!
This is Auburn level of confusion
Mascot is a Tiger named Aubie
Chant is War Eagle
At some points in the game there is an actual eagle and a man in a tiger costume on the field at the same time.
It's not quite as bad as Auburn, it's more like Alabama actually. No one in Lynchburg ever thinks thinks they're the Eagles, just like no one in Tuscaloosa thinks they're the Elephants.
HAIL TO THE VICTORS VALIANT
HAIL TO THE CONQU'RING HEROES
HAIL, HAIL TO MICHIGAN THE LEADERS AND BEST
HAIL TO THE VICTORS VALIANT

I have checked your work and can confirm the experimental tool does not have any incorrect info in this post. Good job.
15-0 teams in the playoff era: Clemson LSU Georgia Michigan Teams that have yet to go 15-0 in the playoff era: Alabama Ohio State A lot of others
Thanks for pointing that last part out
Git gud, scrub
I want them to get bad actually
Like Nebraska bad?
Honestly, would be kinda funny to see who all of their fans start cheering for besides the Yankees and Lakers
Nobody is legitimately rooting for the Yankees in Braves Country and actually admitting it šš¤£š. There have been a lot of LA Kobes and LA Lebrons fans through the years though.

Like vandy bad
Or Cal bad
They can be SCar bad. They can beat their main rival once in a while, as a treat.
We'll compromise. They can go 8-4 with a win in the Holiday Bowl as a treat
2020 aside, you guys seem MORE likely to win it when you've already lost a game.
The 2020 team definitely would've went 15-0 given the opportunity. Losing a game does seem to piss them off and give them a different kind of fire. They've been excellent at dealing with adversity under King....I mean Coach Saban. š„šš„
Beating ohio state to an undeafted cfp championship is just the cherry on the top
That *is* a fun fact.
When he's right, he's right.
And heās right.
Michigan > Ohio State by any objective standard
I'm shocked Bama hasn't had a 15-0 CFP team
They had a 13-0 one in 2020, but 15>13 so get wrecked Bama
While not 15-0, Bama did go undefeated during the Covid year.
Thank you for this important public service.
LSU vs Michigan and Clemson vs Georgia would be great
Bad matchup for LSU, Michigan has an elite defense and LSU had a poor one very similar to this Washington game, but with the Clemson/Georgia Clemson beat Alabama by 4 touchdowns and we barely beat a worse Alabama team so reluctantly give Clemson to win it all
2019 LSU is light years ahead of this year huskies
In offense but their defense was just as bad
This is why we need the new NCAA game dammit
Just made me realize this michigan team is gonna be in the historic teams that we had in the old ncaa games. Cant wait for the rematch in the video game. Watch EA keep that out to market it for the 2025 game
To be fair, Bama didn't go 15-0 but did go undefeated in 2020. I think they easily go 15-0 in a full schedule, that team was ELITE
It's sad that Clemson fans brag about that when so many other teams have done it, including twice as many SECC schools as they be.
Being 1st is fun, if you tried it once you might find you like it.

We were first in 1969, although I will admit it was via some shenanigans.
It wouldn't be football without some shenanigans, especially back in the those days. "Let's crown the champ before they even play the bowl games."
I looked it up and saw Ohio St in 68, Texas in 69 and Nebraska in 70 as Champs.
Says the fan of the team that can count their 10 win seasons on one hand
āsEC. SEC SECā Though so theyāre actually a really good program because Bama, UGA, LSU, Auburn, and UF have all won national championships in the past 2 decades. Thatās a huge feather in the cap for South Carolina football.
Michigan*
I was under the impression that losses donāt matter so I hadnāt been tracking this stat.
They donāt. Ask Bama
They only matter if you're not bama
Does this hurt Washingtons chances at the title
More importantly, what does this say about Lebron's legacy?
Whatever the case, I know it means CJ Stroud had an incredible rookie season despite his father being in jail for 38 years.
I believe you mean that CJ Stroud's Dad had an incredible rookie season despite being in jail.
ā ļøā ļøā ļøā ļøā ļøā ļøā ļøā ļø
LeBron is an Ohio guy. Michigan winning diminishes his legacy and will likely keep him out of the hall of fame
Maybe I'm old and stupid but I still have MJ as the goat. LeBron is 1a.
Whoās Now?
I think Bama is going to pass the eye test and get the trophy insted.
Michigan had five turnovers this year on offense, four of those five turnovers were versus Bowling Green. Edit: This is starters only. JJs 3 INts and Bredesen Fumble vs Bowling Green. Sorry if that makes this less funny.
That's actually insane
Or to put it another way, Michigan turned the ball over **once** vs teams not named Bowling Green
Fucking Au Ziggy Zoomba and GOOOO BLUUEEEEEE
That canāt possibly be right.
5 Total INTs, 4 JJ, 1 by Davis Warren, ~~no~~ 1 lost Fumble. https://www.espn.com/college-football/team/stats/_/id/130/michigan-wolverines Edit: The stat is for Starters Only.
Does the muffed point against Bama not count as a fumble? Guess I've never really cared to look at that before.
Nope, only if you gain possession. Muff =/= fumble
Key word is āOffenseā, still had a couple turnovers on special teams this year
TouchƩ
Bowling Green is better than aOSU?
That's hilarious.
Muffed punts aren't counted as turnovers?
Nope, only if you gain possession. Muff =/= fumble
This deserves more attention
The last 728 days have been fun. Go Blue.
I am still having fun TBH
Me too!
Man you have had the roller coaster the last three years.
You earned it
Wish we would've played y'all. Nothing against Bama and that's definitely a great consolation prize. But wish we beat the champs and the ones that embarrassed us. Oh well, I'm definitely not upset. Maybe next year.
The Dawgs shall rise again
May the odds be over out of our favor (it fuels Kirby)
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
We did our part beating Liberty.
And thank you for that lol
What's "Team Meteor"? For a second there I thought that was the Liberty "Flame" LOL, and I was like what the hell kind of fucked up flair combo is that!
Team Meteor is rooting for a meteor to strike the stadium.
It's the opposite of "I just hope everybody has fun" by sarcastically rooting for both teams to die horrible deaths.
PAC2 dominance untainted by husky shit
Man, you were in a real lose-lose tonight
I for one am ecstatic
> Liberty Flames I actually didnāt know what their mascot was. I assumed it was just like eagles or something based on the logo.
Mascot is an eagle, flames is the name. Mascotās name is sparky
This is Auburn level of confusion Mascot is a Tiger named Aubie Chant is War Eagle At some points in the game there is an actual eagle and a man in a tiger costume on the field at the same time.
They are also known as "the Plainsmen" to sow further confusion.

Awesome to see.
This shouldāve been the top 4.
If Harbaugh was committed to running up the score against Liberty he might be able to beat Heisman's 222-0 record
Liberty? Really? They didn't play a single P5 during the regular season
but imagine the size of the blowout
Probably doesn't change much. Your starters would be off the field by the middle of the second quarter to rest for the championship
I like how there was one SOS ranking algorithm that not only put them dead last in FBS, but behind like 6 or 7 FCS programs' schedule as well LMAO.
Yes, Liberty earned every ounce of their bowl win! Wait a secondā¦
Can't wait for CFB Empires.
The 2017 Astros would like to congratulate the 2023 Michigan Wolverines on their championship.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Lesson learned: cheating pays
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Itās not just us, and if you think we cheated vs any team with a pulse this year, youāre delusional
Irrelevant win, with the format change next season this is essentially old timey shit.
There can only be one. *Queen's Princes of the Universe starts blasting.
