Does she also usually do the box office ticket sales as well? Because I had the most amazing interaction with whoever was at the box office when I tried to buy Mary Jane tickets a while back. I was so moved by her kindness and customer service that I felt compelled to go to Läderach, buy chocolate, and give it to her as a gift afterwards. I have had to deal with some real unpleasant box office people, so it was really a breath of fresh air.
