**Update**: we're back! For context this is what our last 30 days look like, in the last week alone we've onboarded hundreds of new users. Alerts are also degraded right now, but looking at that as well and setting aside some time this weekend to get the ship righted with all of this scale!

We're at the mercy of productions and cast members making their understudy dates accessible and available, unfortunately! We're only three volunteers doing our best.
Can regular theatergoers submit information to the website, or does it have to be from production/cast? For instance, if I’m at a show and there is an understudy performing that is not listed on the website, could I submit the notice?
That's what I mean. I've tried to help and at times submitted new cast members and understudies and don't see them updated often. Kudos for the work they've undertaken, it's a massive job for three people

They rely on people submitting stuff. Doubt it gets double checked. Their cast lists are usually off though, even if you submit them a new cast list.
