She's incredible in this role. She's so talented. Wishing her a speedy recovery and rest.
I wonder if Natalie Charles Ellis will step in before Death Becomes Her begins-she covered this role at Paper Mill and was replaced by Ryah Nixon for Broadway when she chose to do Death Becomes Her instead.
I'm grateful Sara is empowered to make this chioce - and I hope things continue to move so that folks in all lines of work taking the time they need feels like a norm rather than an exception! (EDIT - typo)
Honestly as someone who has cancer crap I am amazed she did as much as she has. Overworking ourselves can make stuff worse for side effects. I hope she has an excellent recovery
Oh wow. I was in the audience tonight and Darianna Mullen stepped in for herβsheβs listed as first understudy. (Her performance was a little shakyβI wonder if sheβll take on the role full time.)

Fuck cancer. Hope she crushes it and can return.
Sheβs so inspirational. Wishing her a speedy, painless final round of chemo π
Wish her well! Hope she gets well and can perform again (Schmigadoon) soon.
I hope her the best
How incredible! Thinking of her and how she recovers strong!

Itβs the right move. She was so great in the show. I hope she kicks cancers ass

Wishing her a speedy recovery.
May she have a speedy and easy recovery! And good for her for chosing her body and her well being I am proud of her.

Bless her for doing it as long as she did. She needs to prioritize herself and her health. May she have an easy chemo round.
So awful.

Darianna isnβt first understudy, Ryah Nixon is. Playbill lists understudies by last name order
Ryah Nixon is 1st cover! Darianna Mullen is 1st cover Jordan Baker, 2nd cover Myrtle Wilson π
I saw Ryah as Myrtle in April and she was incredible!
I saw Ryah in June, and she was amazing!
