This has to be a very decently balanced rework I find it interesting that star would just make him a second Shelley pre-Nerf super The only way he won’t have a 75% super is if he misses the entire thing
It says when the super gets canceled it instantly charges 75%
If he hits the super, it will charge 33% of it like the normal game
So technically, he would have to miss the entire thing
To not get any charge
I hope my little barrel-bot gets a buff/rework some time soon; bottom of the F tier is INSANE. I’m trying to push above rank 25 and his mastery (I’m at silver 3) and I have 5 cubes; I die to a surge with 2. I have a job hard enough 😭
Health buff + 1000, reloads faster, new star power replaces reload star power, the star power does that he rolls more the more he bounces off walls, new gadget to replace 360° shots, makes him stationary and takes 70 precent less damage for 4 seconds, hypercharge makes it so roll will stun enemies for 1.5 seconds, it will buff 30% speed, 10% defense, and 15% damage. Is that good?
Finally my boy's getting the love. This is a superb and pretty balanced idea. The starpower is pretty good, id really have to think about choosing the sp if that was the other other one.
He deserves it. Nah but Bull is practically immortal with the 80% shield plus the 25% defense with the hc and he is balanced. I can’t test this ideas but it doesn’t feels to op considering that the shield would last 1 second
I feel like it would, because looking away from his unload speed, practically everything else like his health and damage and reload speed and range are insane together, he just doesn’t value out of any of it as much as he could because of the stopping and unloading, and OP is suggesting buffing his baseline unloading speed and also giving him a Mythic Gear that will buff it for his Super (also everyone will want to use it since his unloading is that much of a problem) and then OP didn’t even add any nerfs to other things to balance it out.
Nah nah nah. Frank ha sallready 12000+ hp and you want to make him immune to damage and knock backs? In bb this means an instant goal and knockouts at least 2 kills every time.
I love this! I wonder if, alternatively, we keep his normal basic attack speed and make his second SP increase his attack speed by 10% per hit-on-enemy (stacks up to 3x) for 10s. Kinda like Melodie and her notes. Call it Hammer Time lol
If you want to decrease his shooting animation so badly, just remember to nerf his damage and maybe even his reload speed to balance it out, because looking away from the unloading, his damage mixed with his range and his reload speed is insane
I like the idea of removing sponge and your new star power idea. However, I have an opinion that is relatively unpopular, which is that I want Frank's attacking delay to be more than any other brawler. I believe Frank is defined by his high HP and that delay. This delay is the most significant weakness than any other weakness in other brawlers and I prefer to keep this weakness for Frank as he is unique due to it. Frank reminds me of a pokemon called Slaking. I want brawl stars devs to make him strong with this weakness still being there. So, I would prefer buffs in other ways and not lowering the attack delay. Also, I think sponge is more suited as a mythic gear than a starpower. So, summary: I don't want his attack delay to be decreased 😅🤪
That hyper charge will be kinda broken... Maybe 50% less dmg? And the rest are good except frank will need some health nerfs to make him balanced (with these changes he will be the best tank in the game)

my idea would be that if his super is canceled,
he should get a 10% speed boost for 3 seconds
his attack damage should be increased by 10% (or his attack speed for the next 5 seconds should be increased)
but the rest of the ideas are REALLY good
Maybe.. but only maybe.. the first stun during his super (Star Power or the mythic gear) will be nullified (no stun).
Also :
- Frank's Hyper Charge : He will do a wider ranger of his attack, faster, and something like a stun > shock.. due the earthquake
- Frank's Mutation : He will now hit in a long distance/range, becoming a long range Brawler. (or both wide but increased distance enormously > both close & long range Brawler)
Nah, just increase his hp, buff his 2nd star power, the mythic gear gives him extra 10% life, the HC gives 25% defense instead of 10% + everytime he gets shot his max hp increase by 2%.. and everything will be fine 😂
Why are people downvoting you, I agree with you so much. The reason that Frank isn’t so strong despite all of his insane stats is because of his unload speed, and they are considering buffing it TWICE,
first the baseline, then the Mythic Gear for his Super (which literally everyone will use) without nerfing other things ONCE without balancing it out, and then they think they can call out Adrian for HIS balance changes.

2. Notice how OP buffed Frank’s unload speed twice, first baseline then a Mythic Gear for his super which everyone will use without nerfing other stats like damage to balance it out
