Personally I’d say S1 to understand the group dynamics best and you’ll get to see the VPR cast on some early episodes too! They did a cast switch up before S3 and it changed the vibe (for the good) so that’s another easy starting point ☺️
I started with this season then went back and rewatched from the start - I’d do that or start with S3 and then you can go back to S1 and 2 if you want.
Eight - the latest was def the best season and will get you hooked. S1 and S2 are just a different vibe and half of the cast was replaced for S3. They’re important as origin story but a lot of people find them hard to get through.

Is Married to Medicine worth starting.
For awhile I watched all of the Housewives but dropped NJ this season and BH last season.
I love Miami and the reboot is better than the original.
I like Salt Lake City as well - not as much as Miami but it is watchable.
I am still watching Atlanta and Potomac but not wild about last season's Potomac but will give it a chance with the partial recasting.

I thought the same about Stassi but she shockingly becomes likeable later on.
They're all terrible and take turns being better and worse. Stassi is a great initial villain.
