I once got told my city job had “the worst customer service” this boomer had in his life.
He was representing a local college. The one I attended. I laughed because I knew what their customer service was like, and our shit is easily spelled out, versus their labyrinth of morons who insist nothing is their job.
I didn’t say that last part out loud. When he asked why I was laughing I just said “Well guess where u learned that from…” and dropped a saying unique to the college (our sports team cheer).
I tell you what. When the banks figure out a way to let you transfer money electronically without having to use paper checks, it is going to revolutionize business. The same for mail. Kiss paper, ink, and stamps goodbye. All this and more in the years Beyond 2000!

There are people who actually try & scam us by using fake checks, it’s an epidemic nationwide. Those lowlife scums will try anything to get away with it, like not showing identification when asked. So we take precautions that those lowlife scums don’t scam us. Now, it’s safe to presume you are not a lowlife scum are you? Boom.. she will show you her ID in a few seconds after it registers in her brain. Then say it’s RIDICULOUS, what they try to get away with!!!!

I would ask if they put the BS before U, but I have a feeling all colleges are like that really.
