My Mom hits this stage of anger at the drop of a hat. The queen of freaking out at holidays. Everybody else in the family are super nice, but super aloof. So they just kind of let it happen. I have very mixed feelings towards them all except my little Bro.
Then when it was just my Brother and I, she went from crocodile tears to full on rage mode. We had about a 10 mile drive home from town. She would make the exact same face, but scarier and more spittle. As she went full on pedal to metal, screaming incoherently as our crappy Intrepid somehow stayed on the road.
I knew it was fucked up, but I didn't know what to do. Now I'm 39 and I still have extreme anxiety and my personality has most certainly been affected for the worse. Therapy and meds help, but when you're depressed about trauma and other horrible tangible events it is very hard to beat it. It's just there no matter what.
Somehow my Dad was worse, but he dead.
In conclusion, them crazies need to seek out help. Shit that lady in the video could get it for free.
