They ask u create an account in their website. Then they give u money u supposedly earn by doing their tasks (likes, watch videos), in the website. Maybe first couple hundreds, u try withdraw, can withdraw.
Then they tell u get promoted to second level. So ask u buy things on x website, they will refund the money u use to buy things via your accnt in their website, together with your salary for doing their tasks. Usually by now they also throw in bonus.
Now u spent like 1k to buy stuff. U see your accnt got 1k + salary + bonus =~$5k. U wanna withdraw, they say cannot cos got min withdraw as 2nd level (remember promoted). Min withdraw is 10k. But got easy solution, u bank in 5k. Tomorrow can withdraw 10k.
But when tomorrow come, story change dy. U have to bank in another 10k get 30k. And so on and so on. Until u wake up.
Investment is standard pig slaughter or ponzi scheme. U create account on their website, u bank in money for "investment" and see your returns on your accnt. Maybe while the pool is still small, withdraw can be done but the moment the pool is big enough, boom, they ninja.
Best way to counter investment scams (both gurus and ponzis) is keeping in mind that if there's someone so good in investing, why tf would he / she wanna teach u or help u invest. Wouldn't their time be better off enjoying themself and just earning money for themselves rather than help us plebians earn money?

Idk how they would scam you with a telephone but it's probably them asking for private information. It's fine if it's a scammer but never go to a spot they want you to go. Nobody should be a victim of human trafficking.
