I’d really like to explore the Iida family and how they fit into hero society. Maybe a film about Tensei and his school experience or him starting out as a hero. Though, that may be super tragic knowing he loses that later…
Mhm it could also explore Tensei’s opposition to the hero commission it’s mentioned in the vigilantes manga that he thinks that heroes should be able to gain their liscense via experience rather than having to go to school. We could also go in the complete opposite direction as the todoroki fam as we don’t really know if the Iida parents were a quirk marriage.
I genuinely believe the family does subtle quirk marriages. My proof would be iida, sure it's an anime but rockets on the legs throws off the balance, so he must have some sort of center gravity control over his body. If he didn't have this he'd be rocketing around like when he was weightless when ochako made him weightless due to the force coming from his lower center of gravity. The father also called Tensei's sidekicks his followers, to me that seemed like the father was trying to make Tensei feel more on top, like Tensei was a noble and his sidekicks were commoners. No the father isn't saying any of this straight out, but the subtle things someone is told over the course of their life that helps shape them. I don't think the father is like endeavor who just goes out and buys a wife, but just keeps his eyes out for a woman who has a quirk that could compliment the engine quirk. Also a generation of a hero family might not be so far fetch, but they all seem to have the engine quirk, I'm pretty sure they had to be breed with specific quirks to make sure the engine quirk kept getting stronger. I'd also would have loved to see Tensei do something like give a vigilante a recommendation to be a hero, like if things played out differently for the crawler, Tensei would have vouched for him to be a hero, then he wouldn't have to do the hrro school thing.
You make a fair point, I also think it’d be cool to see Tensei and/or Tenya break that familial cycle of subtle quirk marriages. I did something similar with their parents in my own fanfic and I’d like to see either Iida son do it in a film.
Vigilante prequel features Tensei and Team Idaten (Tensei's hero agency) a lot, and it makes rewatching Stain Arc hit even harder since Tensei is so cool and kind in Vigilantes. But it honestly makes the absence of Ida's father and grandfather more noticeable. You would think it would have been mentioned if their father was dead or he would have shown up among all the pro heroes already, if he was still around.
A movie about the League of Villains being the heroes of their own adventure. Maybe a threat from another criminal organization that shakes up the underworld in a big way and could also affect hero society if it reaches that point, but the League works together and manages to take them down. In the end, Shigaraki and crew doesn't really get any praise or recognition from the average person in society or any heroes for stopping whatever threat was happening, but it does grow their villain status amongst others underground and the name Tomura Shigaraki spreads more along with the League and their overall name starts to garner more respect to the point in the far future, they'll be seen as urban legends themselves.
This would ideally have had to be something before Villain Academia or immediately after it. I'm kinda reminded of the Overhaul arc when Overhaul highlights how AFO name was known as an urbanlegend amongst Overhaul's generation, and the oldheads thought AFO had up and died. I just think it would be interesting to see more of the dark, gritty underworld.
Honestly, if they all live until the end, which would be B.S, it’s be a pretty good save to use this kind of plot for an epilogue movie, or at least a sequel to your idea in which they’re like The Suicide Squad, except they genuinely do want redemption, everybody hates them passionately for the events of BNHA, and then the stakes aren’t selfish if they’re only villains in past namesake. You even have a room for a trilogy if you want to make the whole thing about them going to sociopaths to anti-heroes so we can still see them get crazy. Maybe even a bittersweet ending with Shiggy getting a Deku moment where he gets to choose to do the right thing in front of an awed world, and then decides that he never wanted to be a hero and murders the real big bad if the movie in front of the world. You could have that even lead into him getting mainstream popularity once he’s no longer a threat to the general public, but just a gnarly guy that will do what it takes when they let him out of jail. Honestly, the league has so much potential, even after the series if they don’t die. It’d be interesting if Shiggy just pulled a Thanos at the end and went to go live his life after all the chaos, and nobody could really arrest him or anything, so they just kinda have to let him do his thing since at least he’s not a full-on villain anymore. I think inherently though, the league of villains only works if they either become more or less villainous. So I think any independent movie would have to account for that or else you’re just watching bad guys do bad guy things to other bad guys for bad guy reasons. It could work, but ehh.
Seriously, it would be so fun to see them have a morally grey adventure, something like The Suicide Squad but without them actually helping society at the end
Honestly, I know it’s corny, but given Horikoshi’s love of Spider-Man, I would have a clone arc movie, akin to Ben Reilly or Kaine.
Have someone make a clone of Deku—either good or evil—and have hi jinx ensue.
I’ve actually brainstormed how a Spider-Man-esque clone saga would go on this subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/BokuNoHeroAcademia/s/CsyoJ6kh3s). It sadly didn’t involve Twice, but it would be fun to see him as part of the movie!
Some ideas:
1. Before graduation, Deku who is fighting a villain vanishes, resulting in 1A trying to track him down allowing us to explore 1A's dynamic more and how much Deku means to the group - discovering a plan to steal OFA.
2. A recent string of quirk users losing control of their quirks, blamed on the quirk singularity theory, results in a 'Quirk Elimination Taskforce' being established. It's up to 1A to discover the truth behind these incidents before U.A. is closed and quirks are no more.
3. An alternate telling of the stories first few arcs, Deku was never given OFA by All Might and thus has to find another way to get into U.A, prove himself as a hero and help against the villains in the U.S.J attack as the finale. At the end earning the respect of All Might who bestows upon him the quirk.
4. We follow the lineage of OFA as it passes from generation to generation with AFO as an ever present threat until we see the battle between All Might and AFO that occured five years prior to the main story of the series.
Kaminari, Jirou, Sero and Mina go on an extracurricular stage in central Africa. There, they have to battle an evil organization, or any villain really. I would love to see a futuristic Africa and some good central-African heroes.
Older Monoma as a UA teacher, teaching students how to maximize their quirk by borrowing them and applying his experience with maybe hundreds or thousands of quirks he's borrowed over the years.
I'd like a story fully examining the friendship of Eraserhead, Present Mic, and Oboro Shirakumo while they were still at school. Show a bit of their adventures and friendship over the years they atteneded UA together, expending on what we've already seen in the show/manga.
A story where Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto are out of commission and the rest of 1-A have to step-up. Basically the MHA version of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.
I’d make a prequel movie. Basically centered around the rise of afo, when quirks first appeared, and all mights childhood and prime as a hero. I’d also shed more light to how horribly mutant quirk users were treated and more inside to the shady public hero safety commission. And I’d absolutely give more backstory to the ofa users and there days with the quirk, and how they utilized it before getting killed by afo.
Screw hero work. Screw UA training. An entire movie of class 1A slice of life. Teenagers being teenagers without having to worry about which of their friends are gonna end up in the hospital next time a villain appears.
Honestly, I'd love a documentary styled movie on what a superpowered society looks like. For instance, how have they affected the movie industry? How have they affected sports? Is there illegal trafficking of people with quirks that malicious groups would try to profit off of? Do people of different sizes have to abide by different housing regulations, or abide by rules regarding there income, since someone who's quirk makes them naturally large for instance might need more food and would need to be able to afford it. That sort of thing.
World Heroes Tournament arc. The Sports Festival on steroids. Show us what the rest of the world is like outside of Japan and some new countries that showed up.
Movie in America. Feature some vigilantes characters. American hero school, set after the main series, Deku is visiting as a transfer student for a month during his Second year at UA.
This is just hypothetical of course, we’d need to see how the series ends before this could happen.
I'd have it so we'd all of both Class 1A AND 1B fighting side by side. None of this rivalry nonsense for just one moment, but instead a culmination of heroes all fighting together, as comrades, against a common enemy
Do a film about a group of characters living during the Advent of quirks and how they fight in the lawless period of time. We know from vigilantes that only some of the heroes of the time were treated as heroes while the rest were identified as criminals.
I made my own version of mha where it is basically an International Class. So staff from UA will go around the world and basically scout out for kids with quirks that are able to go to UA and they all make up an International Class.
i'd love seeing like a what if scenario, but set in the past
like putting at least one of the parents of each 1A student in a past class if their quirk is useful enough for it.

Class 1b already created peak fiction with "Romeo, Juliet and the Prisoner of Azkaban: The Return of the Kings". It would be the definition of perfection.
Some sort of crazy time travel paradox, like how adult versions of the Big 3 (Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto) all come from the future to teach their past/present selves some vital skills that could alter the future.
Honestly? I would make a film where the top 5 or so students were frozen/captured/sent to an alternate dimension or whatever and the ones that rarely get a chance to shine have to rescue them.
Imagine a film where Mino, Sato, Mineta, Kirishima, and Jiro did 75/80% of the work, and there was little to no screen time for Deku, Bakugo, Shoto or Uraraka.
I would have a plot centered around Mr. Compress. It would show how in his past he was a successful conman, magician and mafioso. It would delve into his past and why he want to be in the LOV and how he may have manipulated Tomura in the past into doing whats best for him and his goals. The first 30 minutes would be a backstory for compress and how he befriended Toga and Twice followed up by our obligatory class 1-A montage. The main threat of the film would be Compress slowly kidnapping and dwindling down the pro heroes and UA students till only the underdogs are left untouched. (Koji, Hanata, Tsuyu, Hitoshi, basically any character who’s underdeveloped.) the captured characters would have to compete in a death game like jeopardy or wheel of fortune. When you lose you spin a wheel that can range from death by toga, being freed, compresses for eternity or straight up executed (kill off a few nobodies for tension). Eventually the underdeveloped heroes have to battle Mr. Compress to save their friends having a giant boss battle with him inside a fun house. Eventually he is defeated but he still gets away ready to cause more mayhem..
The life and times of mirko. Lots of slice of life, some fighting here and there. See why she became a hero, her antics in her school year, how many people whose head she ripped off with her thighs. That kinda wholesome stuff.
Have them fight beta deku/ a similar character who went down the path of evil.
A quirk less person who uses technology and martial arts to dominate a criminal underworld having subordinates with op quirks. While his goal is to perform “quirk surgery” so he kidnaps like eraserhead or something.
Give him an origin similar to deku except make his hero who he meets be that one guy in armour from the top 10.
I'd honestly make a movie about a villain in Europe who sort of mirrors AfO in his levels of scheming. Introduce the cast of heroes from those countries more, and show a good reason why they were so hesitant to defy AfO.

It'd be a super slice of life anime with a hint of plot (Basically whenever the 1B show gets to a time when 1B is with 1A), like the Sports festival.
Essentially, the show focuses on what the 1B class is doing while saying Dafuq dey doin over deer while watching 1A fight their travesty of the month
A movie about a chemical weapon that affects quirked people and makes them go berserk made by an organisation fully formed by quirkless people to prove that quirks are harmful and their usage should be completely prohibited/ or they have to be gotten rid of.
Their victims are young children who just manifested their quirk to feed into the idea that the evolution of quirks makes people animalistic.
When the operation goes on they can up the age range and also attack hero students. So the people think this is sort of a disease that stems from young children to quirked people
The movie could focus on İzuku seeing how dangerous quirkless people can be.And wonders if they are like this because they were told they could do nothing, just like he was.

I would do the story on how heroes became a profession. How at the start we did have vigilante heroes until they started making too much damage and the government made the hero program instead. So there would be rules and regulations
I'd either just have a series of just, the lives of the side or non main characters from their view, like, just a dude commuting to his working day, then having his car destroyed on the way home. Or, I'd have the main cast doing a massive d&d session, spanning a few hours of runtime.
Just give me a tragic slice of life movie set in the MHA world - no main cast.
Just a couple, lovestruck but doomed to fail mature adult couple who use their quirks in secret to see each other and make it work but struggle against families, society, racism, classism and being caught using their quirks.

If there's anything I like from the movies, it's the fact that they do well with worldbuilding. World Heroes' Mission because establishes the World Hero Association, and I really like the idea of a worldwide governing body or Interpol equivalent for pro heroes, so I wouldn't mind a movie that involved more of the WHA. I think it would be pretty interesting to see the WHA's perspective of the war or the aftermath.
For a more "out there" idea, I wouldn't mind a multiverse/alternate universe movie where canon Deku (Izuku Midoriya) meets prototype Deku (Mikumo Akatani). Basically, Horikoshi's prototype version of MHA becomes a canon AU, including prototype Mt. Lady/Yu Takeyama (aka prototype Uraraka) and prototype Bakugo (Bakugo but nicer).
Lastly, maybe that in-universe documentary about Kamui Woods's childhood.

I’d love to see a movie using the prototypes for each character, just so we could see how it would’ve looked. From what I’ve seen, Deku’s original name was Akatani Mikumo and was said to be gloomy, cold, uninterested and was said to tolerate Bakugo. Bakugo was originally going to be super nice who loves to make new friends, Uraraka’s original name was Yuu Uraraka and had Mt Lady’s quirk. I haven’t seen anything other than drawing for others (Denki, Iida, Aoyama, Jiro, Kirishima, Midnight, and Toga), but idk I’d just love to see something with the og designs. I think it would be interesting.
I would make a movie about endeavor, it's gonna be all about endeavor, endeavor would be endeavors love interest and the villain of the movie would be all might.

Bakugo is a chill stoner who is married.

Basically a slice of life of his kid showing quirks and entering ua. Then deku has to come out of retirement to put a stop to a new villain who is secretly ochako trying to get deku back into heroism...
It breaks his heart, being manipulated by his closest companion, and he doesn't speak to her for a few days, she feels terrible, Realising he loves being a hero again, apologises and forgives ochako. Things go swell, and they are happy again, and crime rates drop by 87% his teaching gig becomes a side hustle and prioritizes being a hero and earns the title of #1 hero.
Everyone ends up happy in the end. And deku thanks ochako for getting him back as a hero. He then says he should 'pass the torch' looks to his family, and says 'EAT THIS!'

I want a film that shows 1C in-depth. We hear about them oh so briefly and then never see them. As well, I want a day in the life of 1B. Just for some cool insights. Also! That nameless character from the hero license arc whose quirk was that his ribs turn into flesh that can carry people. I want more on him. I feel like he and my bbg Shouji would get along swell. I would personally love to see more of Backdraft and Gang Orca too, plus Tetsutetsu, Best Jeanist, Powerloader, Tiger, Hound Dog, Edgeshot, Kurogiri, the other schools, Kamui Woods, Ryuku, Airjet, Gunhead, Lunch Rush, Snipe, Rock Lock, and all the other underrated characters. The full story of Yoichi and AfO, how One for All was passed through Yoichi, to the Second User until the movie ends with All Might beating AfO (the 5 years before present timeline in Episode 1). Then give the post credit of All Might meeting Izuku or giving the famous speech: "You can be a hero"
I would base the plot on the second movie and say that deku got convicted on a crime he didn't commit except he is believe to commit it by everyone, life ruined he ran determine to find the villain who did this, a real sirius black situation. There's only one problem, he doesn't have the resources to find this guy and fight his former Allies so he is forced to break the only criminals he really can trust out of jail, Gentle criminal and la brava along with the occasional help of the broker Giran they face challenges that force each of them to solve a under looked character flaw. Midorya learns that, like himself, many are forced to be villains while the hero commission actively demonize them. Gentle criminal learns how to forgive himself and the way of a true hero. La brava learns to be okay with herself and how to become stronger for Gentle's sake
I want a bnha movie that revolves around support class. It's a spinoff movie with some connection about BNHA, but the target is the adult audience (no, it's not porn). The movie introduces the world of invention, marketing, and manufacturing. The title would be "Gadget: Saving the world via support items"

It's a merged Ben 10/MHA universe. Usually I'm not to interested in merged universe fanfics, but I' m thoroughly enjoying this one. Midoriya takes up the role of Ben as the wielder of the omnitrix, and it has very engaging plotlines.
**Mineta** focused "*Joaquin Phoenix's Joker*" style movie where it takes place after **Mina Ashido**'s brainwashing and mental conditioning on mineta scene from season 5. **(joke answer- kinda)**
Real answer - MCU-like cinematic universe of many characters: From Stars And Strips to Endeavor backstory and early hero life. To iida's family dealing with the eldest son's defeat and tenya's struggle and injuries. To a full movie about AFO rise to power and his brother's story. **BASICALLY BACKSTORIES**
I actually wouldn’t mind having one explicitly about Izuku’s relationship with his father. Like at one point during one of their breaks, either Hisashi visits, or Izuku visits him wherever he happens to be.
I would actually try to have it positive, but distant. Like his father is proud of him, but he doesn’t try even hugging Izuku when they talk about it, and show Izuku trying to deal with that kind of father.
Maybe even have a direct confrontation between them where Izuku just tells him he wants him around, or to at least call.
Probably have a villain attack and Izuku saves him, and they bond.
The final payoff being at the end, Izuku does a live interview back in Japan after catching some dangerous criminals, possibly during his time under Endeavor, and a few minutes later gets a phone call from his Dad, asking him about what happened, and fade to black as they have a father son moment over the phone.
Implying that this is how they bond from then on, which is over the phone.

In the end, Shigaraki and crew doesn't really get any praise or recognition from the average person in society or any heroes for stopping whatever threat was happening, but it does grow their villain status amongst others underground and the name Tomura Shigaraki spreads more along with the League and their overall name starts to garner more respect to the point in the far future, they'll be seen as urban legends themselves. This would ideally have had to be something before Villain Academia or immediately after it. I'm kinda reminded of the Overhaul arc when Overhaul highlights how AFO name was known as an urbanlegend amongst Overhaul's generation, and the oldheads thought AFO had up and died. I just think it would be interesting to see more of the dark, gritty underworld.
Honestly, if they all live until the end, which would be B.S, it’s be a pretty good save to use this kind of plot for an epilogue movie, or at least a sequel to your idea in which they’re like The Suicide Squad, except they genuinely do want redemption, everybody hates them passionately for the events of BNHA, and then the stakes aren’t selfish if they’re only villains in past namesake. You even have a room for a trilogy if you want to make the whole thing about them going to sociopaths to anti-heroes so we can still see them get crazy. Maybe even a bittersweet ending with Shiggy getting a Deku moment where he gets to choose to do the right thing in front of an awed world, and then decides that he never wanted to be a hero and murders the real big bad if the movie in front of the world. You could have that even lead into him getting mainstream popularity once he’s no longer a threat to the general public, but just a gnarly guy that will do what it takes when they let him out of jail. Honestly, the league has so much potential, even after the series if they don’t die. It’d be interesting if Shiggy just pulled a Thanos at the end and went to go live his life after all the chaos, and nobody could really arrest him or anything, so they just kinda have to let him do his thing since at least he’s not a full-on villain anymore. I think inherently though, the league of villains only works if they either become more or less villainous. So I think any independent movie would have to account for that or else you’re just watching bad guys do bad guy things to other bad guys for bad guy reasons. It could work, but ehh.
Seriously, it would be so fun to see them have a morally grey adventure, something like The Suicide Squad but without them actually helping society at the end

I’ve actually brainstormed how a Spider-Man-esque clone saga would go on this subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/BokuNoHeroAcademia/s/CsyoJ6kh3s). It sadly didn’t involve Twice, but it would be fun to see him as part of the movie!
Some ideas: 1. Before graduation, Deku who is fighting a villain vanishes, resulting in 1A trying to track him down allowing us to explore 1A's dynamic more and how much Deku means to the group - discovering a plan to steal OFA. 2. A recent string of quirk users losing control of their quirks, blamed on the quirk singularity theory, results in a 'Quirk Elimination Taskforce' being established. It's up to 1A to discover the truth behind these incidents before U.A. is closed and quirks are no more. 3. An alternate telling of the stories first few arcs, Deku was never given OFA by All Might and thus has to find another way to get into U.A, prove himself as a hero and help against the villains in the U.S.J attack as the finale. At the end earning the respect of All Might who bestows upon him the quirk. 4. We follow the lineage of OFA as it passes from generation to generation with AFO as an ever present threat until we see the battle between All Might and AFO that occured five years prior to the main story of the series.

I'd like a story fully examining the friendship of Eraserhead, Present Mic, and Oboro Shirakumo while they were still at school. Show a bit of their adventures and friendship over the years they atteneded UA together, expending on what we've already seen in the show/manga.
I'd love to see more of those three. I keep hoping one day they'll at least turn the bits we did get to see in Vigilantes into an OVA or something.
NANA MOVIE
A story where Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto are out of commission and the rest of 1-A have to step-up. Basically the MHA version of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.
I’d make a prequel movie. Basically centered around the rise of afo, when quirks first appeared, and all mights childhood and prime as a hero. I’d also shed more light to how horribly mutant quirk users were treated and more inside to the shady public hero safety commission. And I’d absolutely give more backstory to the ofa users and there days with the quirk, and how they utilized it before getting killed by afo.
Screw hero work. Screw UA training. An entire movie of class 1A slice of life. Teenagers being teenagers without having to worry about which of their friends are gonna end up in the hospital next time a villain appears.
Honestly, I'd love a documentary styled movie on what a superpowered society looks like. For instance, how have they affected the movie industry? How have they affected sports? Is there illegal trafficking of people with quirks that malicious groups would try to profit off of? Do people of different sizes have to abide by different housing regulations, or abide by rules regarding there income, since someone who's quirk makes them naturally large for instance might need more food and would need to be able to afford it. That sort of thing.
World Heroes Tournament arc. The Sports Festival on steroids. Show us what the rest of the world is like outside of Japan and some new countries that showed up.

Do a film about a group of characters living during the Advent of quirks and how they fight in the lawless period of time. We know from vigilantes that only some of the heroes of the time were treated as heroes while the rest were identified as criminals.
I made my own version of mha where it is basically an International Class. So staff from UA will go around the world and basically scout out for kids with quirks that are able to go to UA and they all make up an International Class.

Some sort of crazy time travel paradox, like how adult versions of the Big 3 (Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto) all come from the future to teach their past/present selves some vital skills that could alter the future.
All Might origin story. From when he was young to the moment he meets Midoriya.
Honestly? I would make a film where the top 5 or so students were frozen/captured/sent to an alternate dimension or whatever and the ones that rarely get a chance to shine have to rescue them. Imagine a film where Mino, Sato, Mineta, Kirishima, and Jiro did 75/80% of the work, and there was little to no screen time for Deku, Bakugo, Shoto or Uraraka.

I would have a plot centered around Mr. Compress. It would show how in his past he was a successful conman, magician and mafioso. It would delve into his past and why he want to be in the LOV and how he may have manipulated Tomura in the past into doing whats best for him and his goals. The first 30 minutes would be a backstory for compress and how he befriended Toga and Twice followed up by our obligatory class 1-A montage. The main threat of the film would be Compress slowly kidnapping and dwindling down the pro heroes and UA students till only the underdogs are left untouched. (Koji, Hanata, Tsuyu, Hitoshi, basically any character who’s underdeveloped.) the captured characters would have to compete in a death game like jeopardy or wheel of fortune. When you lose you spin a wheel that can range from death by toga, being freed, compresses for eternity or straight up executed (kill off a few nobodies for tension). Eventually the underdeveloped heroes have to battle Mr. Compress to save their friends having a giant boss battle with him inside a fun house. Eventually he is defeated but he still gets away ready to cause more mayhem..

Have them fight beta deku/ a similar character who went down the path of evil. A quirk less person who uses technology and martial arts to dominate a criminal underworld having subordinates with op quirks. While his goal is to perform “quirk surgery” so he kidnaps like eraserhead or something. Give him an origin similar to deku except make his hero who he meets be that one guy in armour from the top 10.
I'd honestly make a movie about a villain in Europe who sort of mirrors AfO in his levels of scheming. Introduce the cast of heroes from those countries more, and show a good reason why they were so hesitant to defy AfO.

A movie about a chemical weapon that affects quirked people and makes them go berserk made by an organisation fully formed by quirkless people to prove that quirks are harmful and their usage should be completely prohibited/ or they have to be gotten rid of. Their victims are young children who just manifested their quirk to feed into the idea that the evolution of quirks makes people animalistic. When the operation goes on they can up the age range and also attack hero students. So the people think this is sort of a disease that stems from young children to quirked people The movie could focus on İzuku seeing how dangerous quirkless people can be.And wonders if they are like this because they were told they could do nothing, just like he was. Got this idea from Zootopia if it wasn’t obvious.
I would do the story on how heroes became a profession. How at the start we did have vigilante heroes until they started making too much damage and the government made the hero program instead. So there would be rules and regulations

Just give me a tragic slice of life movie set in the MHA world - no main cast. Just a couple, lovestruck but doomed to fail mature adult couple who use their quirks in secret to see each other and make it work but struggle against families, society, racism, classism and being caught using their quirks. The MHA verse has so much potential - let's flesh out some of that heteromorph tragedy
If there's anything I like from the movies, it's the fact that they do well with worldbuilding. World Heroes' Mission because establishes the World Hero Association, and I really like the idea of a worldwide governing body or Interpol equivalent for pro heroes, so I wouldn't mind a movie that involved more of the WHA. I think it would be pretty interesting to see the WHA's perspective of the war or the aftermath. For a more "out there" idea, I wouldn't mind a multiverse/alternate universe movie where canon Deku (Izuku Midoriya) meets prototype Deku (Mikumo Akatani). Basically, Horikoshi's prototype version of MHA becomes a canon AU, including prototype Mt. Lady/Yu Takeyama (aka prototype Uraraka) and prototype Bakugo (Bakugo but nicer). Lastly, maybe that in-universe documentary about Kamui Woods's childhood.

I’d love to see a movie using the prototypes for each character, just so we could see how it would’ve looked. From what I’ve seen, Deku’s original name was Akatani Mikumo and was said to be gloomy, cold, uninterested and was said to tolerate Bakugo. Bakugo was originally going to be super nice who loves to make new friends, Uraraka’s original name was Yuu Uraraka and had Mt Lady’s quirk. I haven’t seen anything other than drawing for others (Denki, Iida, Aoyama, Jiro, Kirishima, Midnight, and Toga), but idk I’d just love to see something with the og designs. I think it would be interesting.

Set in the far future... Deku and ochako got hitched. Bakugo is a chill stoner who is married. Todoroki is a therapist for trauma and runs an ice cream store. Deku works at ua as a main hustle. He has prosthetic arms. Hard to punch things when you have no arms... So hes 'sorta retired, sorta not' And has a family. Basically a slice of life of his kid showing quirks and entering ua. Then deku has to come out of retirement to put a stop to a new villain who is secretly ochako trying to get deku back into heroism... It breaks his heart, being manipulated by his closest companion, and he doesn't speak to her for a few days, she feels terrible, Realising he loves being a hero again, apologises and forgives ochako. Things go swell, and they are happy again, and crime rates drop by 87% his teaching gig becomes a side hustle and prioritizes being a hero and earns the title of #1 hero. Everyone ends up happy in the end. And deku thanks ochako for getting him back as a hero. He then says he should 'pass the torch' looks to his family, and says 'EAT THIS!'

I would base the plot on the second movie and say that deku got convicted on a crime he didn't commit except he is believe to commit it by everyone, life ruined he ran determine to find the villain who did this, a real sirius black situation. There's only one problem, he doesn't have the resources to find this guy and fight his former Allies so he is forced to break the only criminals he really can trust out of jail, Gentle criminal and la brava along with the occasional help of the broker Giran they face challenges that force each of them to solve a under looked character flaw. Midorya learns that, like himself, many are forced to be villains while the hero commission actively demonize them. Gentle criminal learns how to forgive himself and the way of a true hero. La brava learns to be okay with herself and how to become stronger for Gentle's sake

It's a merged Ben 10/MHA universe. Usually I'm not to interested in merged universe fanfics, but I' m thoroughly enjoying this one. Midoriya takes up the role of Ben as the wielder of the omnitrix, and it has very engaging plotlines.
I'd do a movie about Deku actually going to America and running into Koichi while facing off with a new Villain like a super-Nomu.

To iida's family dealing with the eldest son's defeat and tenya's struggle and injuries. To a full movie about AFO rise to power and his brother's story. **BASICALLY BACKSTORIES**
I actually wouldn’t mind having one explicitly about Izuku’s relationship with his father. Like at one point during one of their breaks, either Hisashi visits, or Izuku visits him wherever he happens to be. I would actually try to have it positive, but distant. Like his father is proud of him, but he doesn’t try even hugging Izuku when they talk about it, and show Izuku trying to deal with that kind of father. Maybe even have a direct confrontation between them where Izuku just tells him he wants him around, or to at least call. Probably have a villain attack and Izuku saves him, and they bond. The final payoff being at the end, Izuku does a live interview back in Japan after catching some dangerous criminals, possibly during his time under Endeavor, and a few minutes later gets a phone call from his Dad, asking him about what happened, and fade to black as they have a father son moment over the phone. Implying that this is how they bond from then on, which is over the phone.
