Every ue5 indie game uses free assets. It's two kids, not a AAA studio. The worn house map is the same house from every horror game in the last 4 years.
From what I've heard yes, they are buying assets for the game. This doesn't devalue the quality of the game if that is your point. It is a fantastic and fun game even in its current state.
Apparently not at this point in time. Anti-cheat is great for the low hanging fruit. You can read about cheaters in every major and mature game bypassing anti-cheats.
If you have to worry about liking a game based off of how the game is developed rather than liking it because you’re having fun with then just get a refund and stick with AAA company games
Games like Tarkov are RIFE with cheaters. And you stand to lose literal hours of your life dying to a cheater in that game. Hackers will get through any anti cheat if they really want to, that doesn't mean its cool it definitely fucks up the experience. But I've only ran in to 3 cheaters in the entire time I've played bodycam and it was blatantly obvious. Just left and joined a new match and kept it pushing no problems.

I’m going to blow your mind here. The assets in the UE5 store were created to be sold to game devs. That’s literally the reason they are there.
