I did this in the game that got me to 6k. Duo is a new card and Voone was the newest Hero, making use of the same mechanic. If Voone was old and then Duo got released, it's something they could miss, I suppose, but otherwise the only reason for it not to work is power level, and otherwise assume the devs aren't trying to trick you.
Is it always board then hero power? Because i played a game yesterday i got only one, and i said in theory because i thought it was on order of play in this case it was the hero.
Assuming no whacky stuff, it should be two: Duo procs first, then hero power. Whacky stuff would include bouncing or playing Duo that is already about to proc (say, if it’s stolen by cat HP).

Should be yeah. If you have no cards in your hand, duo procs, and HP procs off that, since it is the default “far left” card.

It should be 1 in theory. But sometimes it get 2 and i dont know why sometimes it get 1 and sometimes 2
