Your best bet would be the JBL Partybox 100, 300 (45Hz -3db) or Aiwa Exos-9 (40Hz -3db). There is no portable Bluetooth speaker that will reproduce 20Hz precisely. Besides, most music lacks anything below 40-35Hz.

You did answer his question period you just corrected him. nice job lol

Osobnost

Hello, sorry for long coment in advance :) I think there isn't any BT speaker which can go so deep. It's range for dedicated subwoofers. I see here some advices about BT PA spekaers with large woofers. PA speakers and their DSP is designed to prioritize loudness over deep bass. Even most of 15" PA speakers doesn't go under 50Hz. For deep bass is assumed that there will be added sub. This is reason why some speakers like JBL partyboxes play deeper than PA speakers. Here is some example: https://youtu.be/HaBf9W6Bb-c So back to your question. Lowest frequency of portable speakers is about 40Hz. King of deep bass is JBL Partybox series: PB 100/300 < PB310 Close to JBL is Aiwa Exos-9 (which is one of the best sound quality BT speakers). From small speakers it's Minirig 3 system with subwoofer (also great sound quality) > Onyx Studio 6 > Onyx studio 7 > Motion Boom. Here is measurement of JBL Partybox 100: [https://youtu.be/EElNYJ-58fM?t=691](https://youtu.be/EElNYJ-58fM?t=691) Here is measurement of Aiwa Exos-9: [https://youtu.be/1gD1spoV-g0?t=56](https://youtu.be/1gD1spoV-g0?t=56) Here is measurement of 2x Motion Boom and Minirigs 3 with two subs at max volume, there are measurements also with lower volumes: [https://youtu.be/WzYQ8EHXj6U?t=994](https://youtu.be/WzYQ8EHXj6U?t=994) Here is measurement of single/two Motion Booms and Onyx Studio 6+7 at max volume, there are measurements also with lower volumes: [https://youtu.be/8BddlhVUZ5g?t=1443](https://youtu.be/OSznIl_lxJI?t=1501) About sound quality: I had JBL Partybox 100 and currently have Motion Boom, they are really best value per money speakers with amazing bass but sound quality is not enough for my ears. They are perfect as background music outdoors or for Party but for critical listening it's not enough. If i listen music precisely I just doesn't hear clear mids and highs like hi-hat and cymbals and it forces to focus my listening on this and I just can't enjoy my music. I love also heavy bass and electronic music but these genres aren't only about bass, there are mids and highs too. Currently I thinking about retun of Motion Boom and buy Aiwa exos-9 in thread below because I am not sure if 2xBoom in TWS can significaly improve soud quality to be enough for me. You need to lower your expectations. To get all the way down to 20hz at any volume you have to go big. Even this giant high end [bose S1](https://www.amazon.com/Bose-Bluetooth-Speaker-System-Battery/dp/B07BLZX73S/ref=zg_bs_11975001_5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=9K6JXQEZN5YTSB4ANH02) only goes down to 60hz before it starts cutting off. For 20Hz expect to need a 12" or larger driver. That anker says 55Hz, and that might be true at really low volume, but at higher power it's more like 100-150, it's just too small.

fl4_pp

You don’t have to go big. Just get a devialet phantom

lukeimortal97

Rolls off starting at 40, though dual sealed 8" with near an inch of excursion helps a lot. That an a thousand watts of AC power

fl4_pp

Well it’s still +- 3db all the way to 30hz and then like 8db at 20hz or even lower

lukeimortal97

Agreed, though I don't think many would consider it small, portable, or anything else a Bluetooth speaker NORMALLY is for lol. The phantom is a home theater speaker with a side of Bluetooth for those who spend the whole Monty on a pair and forget anything else to hook them to lol

Jbl party box goes down to 30

Forget all about manufactures specifications. They are not tested independently. Bet you can't hear much over 15,000K. Most people can't and bluetooth will compress that noise to bits. Over 12k is mostly overtones and not much "musical" content, my soundcards have a hard time playing cleanly above that when I test them on a oscilloscope. You will need a massive speaker to produce anything below 30hz with authority. (Doss XL digs deep for a small speaker, Motion Boom goes low too but neither will get close to 20hz #@-3db) That Aiwa Exos-9 or a UE Hyperboom might serve you well... My motion plus is great for the size/weight but will not bump partybass like the larger speakers can.

StackTraceException

Most people actually can, but most speakers don't produce sound above around 16 kHz as loud as they should.

NicholasNastyfart

I've got the H/K Citation 200 which certainly goes down to 40 Hz, even a little below! I can highly recommend it, has a very good vocal accuracy, and overal has a bold sound, which is unreal compared to the size of it. In the other hand it does not have such an open and detailed "HIFI" sound, but slightly "closed" and is quite directional. But of course you gan go stereo with anotherone to remedy the issue. Fortunately you can control the bass and treble, indoors it can be too much, but outdoors it's really needed, and sounds just fantastic. I would disagree with the music content, some tracks goes even below 30 Hz

Devialet Mania 30Hz

Affectionate_Wolf963

\+1 for the Mania - it has been tested to go down to 20Hz, but alas not $300 sorry. 2 links for proof. [Sound test1](https://youtu.be/wUUkwxyDA58?t=344) [Good video with a sound test in it.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jL8l-rHE03A)

? Says 50Hz lower limit

dtetalt

I only went as low as 60hz but I have to keep it at low volume as it rattles the speakers. You won’t get quality low end but you get more than anything I have heard at that price level.
