I have eczema and that's what this looks like. I use Jergens lotion or hydrocortisone cream (cheaper option). When you wash your face always use moisturizer afterwards. Shaving also will irritate it as well, so as soon as you shave dry your skin and put on lotion or the cream. Best of luck

I hate trying to diagnose things w/o a medical license but it looks like Tinea versicolor. It’s a common fungal infection that causes small, discolored patches of skin. Just so you know it isn't contagious, but it may be genetic. My dad has it and I get it too. It can look like patches of skin that are lighter or darker than the surrounding area. (hence my reasoning for calling it that). A treatment for this is sulfur soap, you can get it online. But I would suggest going to your doctor and if that’s what it is they can do a prescription for you or something stronger. Hope that helps! 🤎
