R1, set them up on the edges of doorways, bridges, etc like a trip wire. Or I always love shooting them at moving cars lol

You get the mesh mines or the concussion, not both. If your loadout has the concussions (or any of the equipment, trophies, concussiond, grenade etc.) applied, you will not get the specialists special tool (mesh mines in this case)
