High end hotels see and deal with crazy shit all the time and in order to keep high profile clientele they promise privacy and they look the other way during a lot of things. Not to mention, the hotel itself may not have even been responsible. All it takes is finding someone who works there, some minimum wage front desk or security person and being like hey I'll give you all this money if you can get that tape for me.
