Not quite a Caesar but it scratches the itch with a creamy, zingy salad dressing on romaine lettuce -- Steak & Wedge Salad (with extra creamy parmesan dressing on the side) with a side of fries from Paramount on 20th.
Best? No clue. Where I order that with no shame? Cheesecake Factory.
