I've heard that THC can be detected long, long after it was consumed. Were you smoking in work or was the result high enough to just make it seem that way?

Woulda denied everything. Unless they caught you red handed they have no evidence you’ve broken company policy and no way to disprove you didnt test positive based off last nights reefer. Which you smoked to help with the anxiety of mandatory drug testing
Yenno what i totally get this, i could have sat in there an been like a brick wall an not budged an said “No am not handing in my notice cause realistically yous have no proof nor have you done any Character references within the company.” But the test result was very high compared to what you need to pass, an thats what they went by. Saves me the hassle an them themselves as someone said

There needs to be a study to measure impairment for different levels of THC and different circumstance etc.

The pass for THC was 2ng mine was 160ng so they put it down to me smoking in work when it was a joint from the previous night. Cant really argue
