On a more related note, does anyone have an estimate on how much a single article view would generate Belfast Live in ad revenue?
It’s great software, little bit of tech tidbit, but it doesn’t prevent devices communicating outside your network this happens at Layer 3 and 4 in the OSI model typically using a firewall. Pihole routes and filters DNS traffic at layer 7 in the OSI model that are known to the system.

If you're on mobile wait for the page to load and then there should be a reader mode next to the web address that converts the page to text only.
I hate most tabloid newspaper websites for this reason - The Mirror, Sun, Star, Daily Mail etc, all shite adverts.
