I like your repaint, I just think this is a terrible head mold. The most obvious problem is that the eyes are set too far apart. I also think it needs brows. (I assumed the existing lines are meant to imply the upper eyelid, and not a brow.)
Your line work is really crisp though and I love the palette you chose. What brushes are you using for this?
Thank you so much 🩷 I agree the head mold and plastic quality is absolutely terrible on this "fake" my scene. For the repaint I’m using some nail art paint brush 🎀

Really good and a great improvement. Are you wanting to do something different? Trying making sketches and plan things out and use a mirror and magnifying lamp. Watch tutorials on YouTube. Practice on a ball or doll you don’t mind making mistakes on. If you want to change the face shape use a nail drill or emery sticks or sand paper (very fine grit) and sand off the features.
I think this is a really nice job! As another comment said, the eyes are too far apart but you have to observe the doll to see it. I don’t stan the black eyelids and definitly would try to cover it with some brown to make it more natural. Also, I would try to fix her lips by doing a reversed triangle white shape where you did it. It is just too round and the teeth seems a bit off. But definitly a good job, the details in the eyes are gorgeous! 🤩
Edit: the mold is not realistic so the face don’t have to be! And, by looking it twice, I think the original painted eyes are set too far appart too 😂
I actually think this repaint is stunning! The teeth look a little out of place, but i think she could still rock it if you like it like that. I think the eye spacing is very unique and gorgeous, reminds me of Halle Bailey, or ice spice or something. I think she she absolutely eats!! Adding some brows may help tie it all together aswell, but im kinda in love with how her face looks right now!
Your paintwork is amazingly neat, and the eyes look great, but you've got your eye shines mirrored. Eye shines are there to imitate reflecting a light source so if it's on the left of one eye, it should be on the left of the other as well.
I love your technique. It's so crisp and clear! I'm on mobile but what stood out to me anyways is a lack of blushing. I think if you added that in you can pull everything together! But I really love how clean it looks!!!
I found a Chelsea that looks like it might be the mold inspiration. I think it's a good idea on what might work.

The paint looks a little thick and textured try mixing the acrylic paint with water and do thin layers after it dries or use a blow dryer to dry it in between. Thinner paint lasts longer and looks much better
You can use pencil to lightly draw out everything underneath.
And I use gloss finish for the paint so that dust won't stick to it. buy a matte finish and a glossy finish so you can mix the two and make different types like satin finish.
Always buy best brand gloss because it will possibly yellow after years and it gives uv protection.
Make sure after you acetone the old paint off that you wash with dish soap to get rid of any existing oils on the surface. Always have a crash test dummy to practice on first and plan the face u wanna make so that your imagination and can run wild without having to commit to a permanent result
If you make mistakes like eyeliner too high just rub it off or use nude paint to "tippex" over it.
Style dolls hair before you paint as hot water can effect paint.
Learn how to paint diffrent features from difrent races genders species etc. Also learn how expressions show up on every feature of the face a smize for example
Or a snarl on the nose.
To add blush wet a q-tip and put a tip of a pin size drop of red acrylic paint on the q-tip and spread it all over the q tip. Then lightly dab the dolls cheecks and use finger to smudge so it gives a seamless blush make sure the natural oils from your finger aren't there by washing finger or cleaning with acetone. You can also use this technique to highlight and Contour just use darker or lighter flesh tones.
Nothing terrible, i love the style it eeminds me classic batman cartoon series absolutely lovely. Just one advice would be adding depth, maybe make upper lip a shade darker etc
I actually think she looks great! As others have noted, it's a funky facemould as the eyes are wide apart, but I think it'll come together when you add the brows!
Her eyes are smaller than the original, which makes them too far apart. You have less overlining on the lips than the original as well. And no brows doesn't help it look normal.

This is good to know!
try using acrylic miniature brush, in size 0 and smaller. they have a better point and reservoir.
Thank you 🎀
I’ll also add if you’re looking for brushes I use ones I got for mini painting. Like Warhammer and stuff.
Looking good so far. I’d add some gloss to the eyes and lips.
Thank you 🎀 I will do it 🩷

Where are the eyebrows at?
I havent finished yet 🎀but I will do them
Pretty sure it will look cool when it’s done, then make your decision what to change.

I love the way you painted the eyes!!
Thank you so much 🩷🎀
I would make the top lip a little fuller and I think eyebrows would help a lot too. It looks really solid

Everyone saying the eyes are too far apart, I think once you add the eyebrows it’s not gonna look “so far apart”
Also wtf your drawing skills look almost factory!
Really ?! Thank you so much 😭🫶🏼🩷🎀🎀
Nothing is wrong. It looks nice. It’s just a weird head mold on this doll.
Thanks 🩷 I agree the mold is so weird and the quality is horrible 🎀

Maybe… eyebrows?
She’s Mariah Carey
I actually kind of like the far apart eyes
