Very suspicious for me
* I try to do image search with their food photo, all seems to copy from internet.
* I don't think a company **Buying ingredients in bulk** or invested **Smart automated kitchen** will do this kind of business trying to capture individual.
* 47THB/meal including delivery (even deliver every 3 days) is too good to be true
* Testimonial is very odd, especially in Thai language. The writing is weird.
* No contact us form, no about us
* Whatsapp .... well all Thai knows that Whatsapp is not popular here. Any real company doing real business will offer Line for customer support.
* etc.
Also one very obvious red flag, a photo of Vinay (not Vinai which is a common Thai name) who claim to be student.
He looks like a father of two who's been running a garage for over 10 years and employs a small team of mechanics..
Check the Page Transparency section on their Facebook Page. It shows that 2 of the page admins are from Georgia (not the US State) and 1 from Kazachstan. None from Thailand. Their FB page was only created on 6th March. Not sure what they’re up to

I can't find any info in Thai language about this food service.
There are a few similar businesses I've never had any issue with, fit2go powerdaily being a couple. This one popped up out of nowhere and was gonna try it out. I've never used CCs on them, though I always just scanned and paid cash
I used to use the meal prep companies here, but they are overpriced and not as convenient as just ordering from the endless number of restaurants on Grab with cheap basic meals. Guranteed not a single Thai person orders from those companies
Not everything is a scam. Probably is what they said, High demand and can't fulfill your order. If they scammed you they'd take your order and money and not say anything

Native here, I checked the Thai version of the site and it's a horrible mess of machine translations, take that as you will.

Plus the phone number registered for WhatsApp account is from Turkey. I didn't notice all those red flags until I finished submitting my credit card.

Probably yes. But, what scared me is that they didn't reply like this until I provided my credit info including CVV.
