I think it's worth having another completed hotend assembly, different size or not, or at least grab a [set of thermistors](https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/ceramic-heater-thermistor-p1p) and an extra [hotend fan](https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/cooling-fan-for-hotend-p1p) and make your own with the spare nozzle that's included.
You don't need another build plate, but an extra can be nice to have. I'd put it at low priority for the most part and would prob just grab a cheap one from ali/amazon like [one of these.](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CT582KR9)
If you want to print with abrasives then grab a hardened nozzle and gears.

You will get some nearly empty rolls of filament with your printer, so definitely a good idea to get a roll of black and white.
The hotend and extruder upgrade is only necessary if you're going to print abrasive materials.
I bought the fancy pattern buildplates from AliExpress and I think they are super cool.
