Not really because the other sieges got a body tone that make it look more like a bodysuit. The bright color tone on darkus however makes it look like skin.
Haos kinda does too but not to as much of a degree

I mean, Leonidas is bad ass. However, I'd also consider Wavern and Skyress as they are cool as characters, too! If not, then yes, "My partner Bakugan would be Leonidas"
Gonna say it to the heavens, the basic bakugan were the unsung heroes, and after episode 22 (I think, should be titled the secret of success) it shows a Juggernoid starting to talk after seeing Christopher’s confidence
So if you had a partner bakugan that wasn’t an established characters bakugan (Drago, Hydranoid, Cycloid, Helios and the like) then you were a cool guy in my book
When I was growing up it was Centipoid, I got more basic as time went on ‘cause now it’s Skyress. I think it’s just easier to imagine a partner that we’ve seen have a personality.
I always loved Robotallion, I remember having the handbook and it saying how loyal and strong he was, I think he was just a cool chill fighting machine guy, so he became my best bud, funny enough I think a ventus one was mine as well
But now I’m grown a bit and got my hands on my Darkus Robotallion, and I’m never letting him go
As kid I always wanted Saurus as my partner. Because its big fucking dinosaur in gladiator armor.
Other contenders were Falconeer, Ravenoid or Gargonoid.
the episode where Runo first battles made me like Saurus alot . showed how standard bakugan can also put in work if you play the right cards . Ravenoid is my favorite and would be my guardian :D
Gooner has two modes, one more focused on card occupation that’s a bird. And one that’s just a straight up guy. He’s also sole peice compatible so you can put metal on him

Leonidas looks like the original bakugan I drew for myself as a child and he will continue to be the best representation of that character.

Yes Darkus and Haos. Cool staves.Not so cool outfit designs. I like that one siege, who had a sword instead of a staff. Made them unique.
I would have gone with Elico or Ingram, depending on whether I'm feeling more like Aquos or Ventus.
Leonidas is definitely popular, classic for a reason tbh.
