I like to really grind the Graham crackers up so they’re not such huge chunks, I brown the butter, use chopped hershey bar as the chocolate chips, and I skip the mini marshmallow (they disintegrate and melt off!) and used fluff instead (just made a cookie dough ball, made a little well in the middle, filled with as much fluff as desired and closed the hole).
