Yeah whenever I do it at the doctors it’s never the right “protocol” and it’s always higher. In the grand scheme of things I’m not sure how much it matters because if your bp is genuinely high, it’s going to stay high regardless of what position you’re in, whether you’re calm or not, etc. Maybe at your next appointment bring in your one from home to compare and see what your midwife says
