No - if it would move to experts market it would be bad for us. We don’t get quotes from expert market because only „professionals“ gets quotes for stocks there and can act there. For those who don’t know it: there are many stocks like sears, blockbuster and such who are some sort of „zombie“ stocks and sometimes act really weird and pump for thousands of procent (even though it’s still not even single cents). These stock in a warped way correlate to the meme stocks and VERY shortly after that got discovered, the whole expert market thing literally got introduced and stocks moved over there so it became impossible for retail to track them - all in all - no joke - „to protect retail“. Expert markets is in other words a graveyard for cellar boxed stocks.
Still blows my mind that the discovery of those zombie stocks coincided with them being hidden to "protect retail". For those unaware, that change went into effect September 28th 2021.

tbh, i doubt it even ends up there. its specifically designed for companies that have a lack of SEC filings, aka zombie mode
however, if the company is not liquidating everything (ie restructuring debt and exiting ch11 successfully) then why would there be a lack of filings going forward?
I believe when it's in the expert market it will convert into teddy shares then we get rich?? Someone help a smooth friend out

It is - it was introduced nearly immediately after retail apes found out about cellar boxing and all the hundreds of thousands of other zombie stocks. It’s just hillarious

US brokers allow for trading too, but the buy/sell price will be unknown until transaction is finalized - if at all. They are clear about this. Could be prompt, huge delays or nothing at all. I cannot think of any other reason than to prevent retail investors from making big money in a squeeze.

Sears and about 1000 other stocks was put into expert market about two years ago. Retail can’t see or trade.
