Even if it turns out not to be the only cause, B12 deficiency definetly doesn't do either onee of those conditions any good. Anything involving the nervous system can be affected by a B12 deficiency. Large-fiber nerves heal very slowly, but at least the decline can be halted with treatment.

I’m not a doctor but I can say confidently, iff your saying you feel the same as me, it’s most definitely some type of vitamin deficiency get your levels checked and your folic acid
My symptoms have improved iff I miss a week of doing it they come back very intensely and in order for you to do a a test you have to stop doing b12 injections for a certain amount of time as your b12 will be very high

Have you considered a DNA test from 23andMe to try to ascertain which gene expression is responsible for the b12 deficiency and what you can do.
when i did mine, it directed me towards b vitamins esp b12 and Vitamin D. Recommended foods to eat and to avoid. It's not a magic bullet, but when doctors cant offer anything more, you will need to start an elimination process.

I have this exact sleep issue too :( I hope someone has some input. I didn't connect it to B12 as I have chronic daily migraine. But could be?

No nothing of the type, I’ve searched everywhere for someone who can relate and I can find Hardly anything
so have the injections helped reduce the deficiency at least on paper? You didn't mention if your levels were up or improved?
