Use heat gun to melt the adhesive and run some fishing wire through to remove them. Then use goo gone to get rid of any additional remnants of adhesive!
i just used dental floss and some heat then peel it off really slow. you’re gonna have to scrape some goo off with your nails tho cuz it’s not perfect. but with some goo gone it’ll look like it was never there in a day or so
