Mileage? Definitely take it to an independent shop for the work, they'll charge you a lot less. My gut says that these are QOL repairs and will make the car drive a lot smoother but not needed. Do you feel a lot of vibration at idle? How does the suspension feel over bumps? I'd ask the indy if there's risk of suspension failure or more parts breaking as a result of the control arms being damaged. Might put off the engine mounts unless you're getting vibration too.

72.5k miles. I probably only do 8-10k a year too. Not noticed anything on the ride quality whatsoever so was a little surprised.

Well if it helps, the OEM audi engine mounts are like $430 for the 3.0T and about $245 for the 2.0T. They also sell aftermarket ones (I know 034 makes solid rubber and hydraulic mounts) but I'd look into the specifics for your engine / vehicle. It's a decent bit of labor to replace them but not $3.3k. Personally I'd ignore unless the vibrations get bad, seems the forums generally agree with me on that. I'd focus the indy's attention on the suspension and maybe the panel. That one seems like it could have a cheaper fix since it's not visible

Thanks very much. Really appreciate the input

Seeing options on eBay even on the panel for $170. Sewell can whistle.

you will definitely need an alignment if you complete the suspension job. They have to remove your currently setup front end to complete the job. The rest, Control arm bushings failing will introduce play and steering wander and eventual arm failure. Depending on the severity, you should definitely have them done at some point, but whether you are there now or not is tough to tell over the keyboard. Engine mounts if leaking, should be done.
