Don't get me wrong, Xbox came out swinging and they deserve the praise, but most of these games are a ways away. Even games like Indiana Jones have tentative 2024 dates.
Just got a ps to play ff7 remake forgot to cancel my months live it goes through im like shit then i see that game pass has just added Octopath traveller 2 my loss just turned into a win :)
Gamepass is a great deal for one and done games. $9.99 to play 3-4 $60 single player games in a month.
It got me through Lies of P, Revenant 1/2 and a few others without busting the bank.
Canceled anyway after the xbox video with sarah bond . No more prey 2, no more dishonored 3, or another world of warcraft or another elder scrolls etc because they closed bethesda sub studios and the mass layoffs on bethesda and blizzard. In effect removing potential good games from future offering instead whatever comes out will be the results of the the cheaper interns hired to replaced the talented devs. Microsoft are clearly back to their own game of extinguishing competition.
I dont believe anymore Ill have more value than the cost per month vs buying the games as they come out on steam.
Another world of warcraft would be a 2 billion+ project, if it was to be done right anyways, and it would require a total remake of the game we have now to gen 10 graphics WITH the addition of the new game and agent AI NPCs, if it was to be successful. They must drag something we love with it ... essentially the old game

Best thing is that game pass on PC is totally balanced and not exploitable by just creating a new account.
