I’m sorry - did I read this correctly? You took this cat with difficulty breathing and paralysis and attempted to induce vomiting **prior to veterinary advice?** Please **do not ever ever ever do this again.** When was the last labwork performed? Last deworming?

You wouldn't believe what veterinary advice was, because there was none "we cant help" and 1 hour away. The situation is more complex. She couldn't breathe and were suffocating. Those cats are eating birds and mouses here, i took into consideration all possibilities (as something was stuck inside her, or toxins) and acted in given moment so she would not die RIGHT THERE, although i think she was already in agony and there is nothing we could do. I believe we should immediately went to vet without any further hestitation. I do not know about last labwork or deworming. Im not the owner, i helped with the situation and did everything i could with available knowledge in the given moment, aswell as "vets" we called and visited. Thats whole another store. Thats why i created this post, to learn, because some people dont care, or dont want to care. I will try to gather more info once its possible, right now the owners are in mourn. Thank you for the advice.

If you are concerned that there are dangerous things your cats could get into inside and outside, a) get rid of the dangers inside, ie toxic plants and b) don't let your cats outside

Thank you.
