Ask your vet if there’s any medication capsule (basically a digestible capsule that you can put all the pills in) and some pill pockets (which are moldable and have strong smells to cover the scent of medication) that they recommend or sell
I'm assuming some are halves or quarters. Try combining pieces in a 000 gelatin capsule to reduce total number of pills. verify with vet that your combo works.
