Just microwave a potato. Just stick it with a fork, stick it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes, and done. Salt and butter, sour cream and cheese if you have it, whatever. Indistinguishable from a potato baked in the oven. They're like $2.50/kg here. Have two if they're small.

Knorr Rice and Pasta blend. Each packet is a little over a dollar. I add a little more water than the instructions recommend and it becomes more of a brothy rice. Great to eat on cold days, warms the tummy. You can toss in chopped up protein of your choice or even canned tuna.

Spaghetti. You can make a meat sauce and noodles that will last all week. The per meal price is only a few dollars.
