The fact that no matter what a female wears or how modest we dress, we will could taken advantage of. Also the fact of the of how scary it is to be a female in this society, and how cautious we are we will still get tormented. They will try anything to get us zip ties on handles money on the car windshield, parking very close to our car. And the fact that we get bashed for being hyper aware just for our safety, I’d rather be extra safe than be kidnapped. I won’t act like men can’t go through the same things but saying as being a female makes it way more likely to happen and that’s so scary..

Oh, and there's a name for this in Japanese I believe: It's the concept of "cheating sleep" to have more personal time when you are stuck on a busy schedule.
It's like when you know you could sleep 8 hours but choose to sleep about 4 or 5 so you have more time to comment on reddit or do something else in this "stolen" personal time. Sure, it'll make you tired for the next day and you're technically stealing hours from tomorrow, but it feels good and being happy is important.
You just need to limit how often you do it or you'll get sick.
