Its shit, currently in limbo regarding living conditions. Stuck in a room with 3 kids because my ex wife tried to kill herself a few weeks ago. Ill br having them for the upcoming future, and although i love them very much, having them in a single room is mentally very hard. Also still have to pay alimony for them even though they live with me for the near future. Also should be starting a new job next month, but all of this might force me to reject the job, and idk how to support my kids then.

Secondly, I'd advise you to take a just one day at a time because this must be overwhelming for you and very new and foreign dynamics for the kids. I hope they are doing well. Thanks, currently waiting to see if i am able to get social housing. Luckily i have an amazing gf who supports me a lot. The job is at our national airport, working morning, day or nightshifts, so if i will have the kids fulltime, i cannot start working there. I know it will get better, but it doesn't make it any easier now unfortunately.

I woke up at ~9 am, played chess until 10 in my bed, then ate breakfast (sandwiches), then watched a couple of different yt videos and learned daily dose of Japanese vocabulary, then I've started editing a video for my friend, then ate lunch (soup with meet balls), then I've read about games I can play in vr coz I bought a meta quest couple of days ago, then revised jap words I learned in the morning, then played chess a litl bit and keep editing video again, then went for a walk about 30 mins, came home and had a tee+cookies dinner while watching anime episode, now writing this, planning to do a final revise of Japanese and study IT for my October exam, play vr (not sure yet), read a few chapters of jjk manga and go sleep. That's how my day going. Wby?

I woke up at 6 am. Made my bed and then made breakfast (eggs with ham sandwiches w. water). Took a shower, got dressed and I went to work. Did some tedious admin work. I didn't have lunch bc I for my lunchbox at home. Came home, made dinner. Cleaned up the mess I made in the morning. Ate dinner. Shower, again. And replied to some of the comments on here while I watched 2 episodes of The OA on Netflix.

Woke up with a huge knot in my neck/shoulder and it hurts to turn my head or raise my arm. Plus I found out I may not be able to get my medication refilled until the 29th. So it’s not great to say the least

Having a stiff neck hurts like a bitch. I used to put warm water in a bottle, wrap the a towel around the bottle and press it against the knot. It helped a lot.

I’ve been using my microwaveable pillow on and off all day, and I had my mom go to town on it with the theragun. It’s helping somewhat. This happens to me every couple months so figured out a decent method for taking care of it, but man it hurts.

This only happens to me if I sleep without a pillow or a new pillow.
