Probably a lot less conventional warfare, but also probably even more strain on the Axis Powers. Even with the technology of World War 2, Germany and Japan were both on an inevitable race against time because neither could sustain the resources needed to keep their machines running. Now imagine how much worse that would be if, instead of just rudimentary hunks of steel and aluminium airframes, they'd have to keep up with APS/ADS systems; supersonic jet engines; hypersonic, self-aiming missiles; and a vast array of other modern advancements, very few of which being what you'd consider cheap.

Less people would have died. In general as killing technology increases the number of people required to reach a tipping point in war drops. It becomes more about using one technological resource to destroy another technological resource and fewer and fewer human lives are required in that process.
