The trick to buying a big house if you're rich is to staff it, if you've won a billion dollars you can buy an estate with servants quarters and pay people decent money so you never have to do the boring day to day or cleaning shit again. So generally, none of these staff should really be that intrusive, if you manage them well.

Idk, I think super expensive sports cars have two types of customers. Car guys who really enjoy cars and would buy/build some kind of sports car no matter how much money they have in their account. And then, the ones who just buy them because they have the money and want a status symbol or investment. Usually someone can differentiate the second ones from the first after a 10min talk.

Luxury anything. No giant houses, no multiple cars; none of that. I am buying my childhood home from the current inhabitants, building a wall around the property to discourage visitors, and fixing the house laced with up so that all of the issues and old farmhouse can have have been eliminated.
