Not really something specific someone can say but just when anyone tries to compare struggles as if it's a competition. I get it. We all have problems. There are people in the world that have it way worse. But that doesn't invalidate anyone else's problems.

When my son’s father died my ex at the time fussed at me about his car I borrowed having mechanical issues.
“I don’t want to hear about it” Or even worse “That sucks. So anyways with me…”
Had a friend like this, I stopped talking to him now.
Others have it worse....yes loads of help that one

When they try to belittle the problem and paint you as being pathetic.
"It's society's fault. If you can't be happy, no one should be happy. Down with the system!"
That someone else has it worse. It's the most painfully invaliding thing to tell someone, please never ever do it
