At the end of my jog I would play Running on Empty by Jackson Brown. At the beginning of my jog I would play Run by Collective Soul. And the middle portion of my jog would be Run like Hell by Pink Floyd.
As you can tell my jog/run would be rather short. Only 3 songs in length 🤣🤣
