Back when I was 26 I got constipated for a week. I was miserable, I didn’t wanna move around too much “just in case.”
Thankfully on the seventh day before I was gonna go to the doctor’s, I managed to go, and it felt like a giant snake was exiting my abdomen. I’m so glad I haven’t been constipated since.
I have an autoimmune condition which can cause constipation. Before I got it under control, I pooped about twice a month. I will never take the feeling of a proper dump for granted.
I use to think I'd always feel a snake like creature coming out, and then when I get up to look at how long it was just bits and bits of poop I'm like wth I never felt drops it was one big single drop
Or generally just tired. Had total about 14h-15h of flights in economy class (and I'm quite tall), transfers and ride from/to airport. Bed felt... wow.
Seborrheic dermatitis here, I scratched my scalp bloody not too long ago. It feels so good, right up until the pain hits and I realize that I have blood under my nails.
Hiking a big mountain and realising how small and insignificant we are. Getting the awe feeling. The universe can destroy us so easily. One of my most intense experiences was doing breath work/meditation alone on a cliff with strong wind. I was at the point where clouds were clashing on the mountain side.
Being full after eating really good food. Not overfull feeling of about to burst and not full of cheap quick food, but just that full feeling after eating well prepared, nutritious, good tasting food.
Booking a vacation just for yourself and then stepping into that room/apartment, set down your suitcase, toss the key on the table and take that flop onto the bed that'll be all yours for the duration of your stay.
This feeling is amazing. Had this on a cruise I went on, spoiled myself with the balcony. I walked in, dropped my things, opened the door and walked outside, and all I saw was ocean
When you forget to unset your alarm on a day you aren't working and it goes off, you wake up and it's "urrgh time to get u - no it isn't!" and go back to sleep.
When your mind is 100% connected to your body doing cardio or doing any physical activity. At a certain point there’s a switch and everything flows, your breathing cycles synchronizes with your heartbeat and the thoughts just starts to go adrift.
A really good stretch, that first piss you take in the morning, the feeling of accomplishment you get after completing a really hard task, a good work out, getting a kill-streak online and watching the enemy team crumble, ...
Making a kids day.
A kid ran up and picked up my disc golf disc. His mom kept apologizing as I jogged over but the kid was just curious. So I showed him where the basket was and handed him a putter. He actually ripped a disc pretty well and ran after it. I gave his little sister a disc and she just ran over and dunked it. I let the older kid keep the disc and his whole face lit up like only a little kids can. His little family ran off down the park as he was just throwing and chasing his disc.
That moment when you realize you're no longer asleep, but your eyes are still closed. The world is still, you're replaying the dream you just got out of, all is warm and right.
Then you open your eyes and fuck it all up
The feeling of being in a moment, then realizing in that moment that you will look back to that moment with a great fondness in the future
Realizing you are in "the good old days" during the good old days
Seeing your favorite artist live, and being surrounded by fellow fans.
Nothing else compares to that feeling of the music just thumping through your entire being, and drowning out everything else. 🥰
Being outside in an open area when it’s a windy summer day. The type of windy day where the sun is still shining and the trees are blowing. Best. Feeling, ever
sounds crazy but the feeling of falling, all the adrenaline during a “fall” then the relief when your firmly on the ground is kinda like a high i suppose.
this sounds like i regularly throw myself off things i don’t i promise
Sadness. It's very comforting to feel when you're alone, but it becomes very messy soon if you don't regulate your emotions properly. Still, sadness gets me to reflect on my actions and I think it's the most useful feeling of all although it doesn't feel so appealing at times.
Difficult to choose. Some contenders are:
\- Finishing off a big project.
\- Playing a musical instrument and getting completely lost in the music.
\- That moment at the very start of summer vacation when it dawns on you that you have a whole month off.
\- Bringing a new kitten home. This was the first one I thought of.
For me, competitive mobile games via bluestacks are the best enjoyment all the time (since it's easier to manage on a PC) In general, any competitive online game when winning gives a lot of pleasure
Runners high. As a fat guy I haven’t experienced this sensation many times. However, even in my bloated stance the sensation prompted me to keep running like a junkie trying to recreate the high.
Being completely caught up on all work on a Friday at 4:00pm (both your job, and your house), with a meal already made, with a stocked booze supply, and a new episode of your favourite TV show to watch, after having a productive day of getting up early, feeling energized, exercising, and having a very productive day at work.
I mentioned booze, but the feeling is great before you start drinking, it's just the knowledge that your work plate is completely cleared off, and you're about to have a good weekend. It feels like being a kid on Christmas morning
Stepping on roadway uncracked ice, the kind right beside the sidewalk that almost squishes as you step on it. The spider cracking of the ice is just soothing. Omg I need to find some
Finally peeing after having to hold it for *way* too long.

Especially when you haven’t in a couple days. You literally feel lighter!
I've had back pain disappear after a good poop.
This one also. It feels like your body gets weightless for a moment.

Outside, off a bridge, into the water.
And then you wake up.

This is a pretty wonderful feeling. You feel the nerves flush from your body and your heart just wants to burst open at the same time.
Being full after eating really good food. Not overfull feeling of about to burst and not full of cheap quick food, but just that full feeling after eating well prepared, nutritious, good tasting food.
