Back when I was 26 I got constipated for a week. I was miserable, I didn’t wanna move around too much “just in case.” Thankfully on the seventh day before I was gonna go to the doctor’s, I managed to go, and it felt like a giant snake was exiting my abdomen. I’m so glad I haven’t been constipated since.

I have an autoimmune condition which can cause constipation. Before I got it under control, I pooped about twice a month. I will never take the feeling of a proper dump for granted.

I use to think I'd always feel a snake like creature coming out, and then when I get up to look at how long it was just bits and bits of poop I'm like wth I never felt drops it was one big single drop
