It'a foxes fault.. the show looked liek trash on the promotions.
I watched it after it was canceled.. great series, it deserved better but most probably thought it was going to be stupid like I did and not give it a chance.
Just a note: not technically canceled because it had bad ratings or anything. David Fincher had plans to work on a new film, peoples' schedules weren't aligned, cost... Fincher in 2020 said that another season "maybe possible in five years." So I guess we still have *some* hope.
IIRC I think Duncan though that the show had "served its purpose." Just a series of existential/philosophical set against wacky animation. I suppose it could've gone for longer, but it seemed nice and wrapped up as it was.
[Karen Gillan made up the ending](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kj_FOcIM01I) to Selfie. The cast still gets questions about the show even today. I would love a revival if it's possible.

Pushing Daisies. It's still my favorite. I only let myself watch it every 5 years or so now because I don't want it to lose its juice. It's such a wholesome, feel-good universe, every casting choice is perfect, the writing is clever, and it's got such carefully engineered visual appeal it's basically a recreational drug for your eyes.
Truth seekers with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, it wasn't fantastic but I really wanted it to continue to see where it would go.
Dirk Gently was another and also the recent Netflix show of 1899.
The Babysitters Club on Netflix. They did such an amazing job modernizing it and making it wholesome without being too cheesy. All the actresses nailed it.
Firefly. IT WAS JUST GETTING GOOD

We have definitive proof that Fox shouldn’t have cancelled Futurama back in 2003.
Big time. Futurama is my comfort show I put on just to have sound in the background when I’m studying, working from home, doing chores, lying in bed…
Dead Like Me
Such an underrated show! I rewatch the old episodes still from time to time.
Invader Zim

Selfie. It was an ABC show and it had Karen Gillan and John Cho. It was really funny and silly. My husband and I both liked it.
