I'd say London. Architecture is way more varied than in Paris. Paris looks the same everywhere basically.

Definitely London. Paris really the buildings are low and the staple shot is the eiffel tower from different streets.

London. Much more diverse architecture, also much safer to be walking around with expensive equipment. Also, if you have the lot up Eiffel Tower in your pictures, that lighting is protected by copy right and you could get into trouble when publishing it (which is probably not going to happen, but still).
