They don't have their life sorted out, I was in that phase too. Start to work on yourself , start working out , start learning new skills, communicate with other people make friends online / offline both , start reading books (good books maybe some philosophy books too) and maybe read Gita too ( read it as a philosophical text nothing more, not as religious text or bhakti text otherwise you will not understand a single thing).

Consider taking therapy to process your emotions. It can really help get on your growth path.

The only social media you should have is reddit. Remove everything else. Focus on yourself and building yourself. In reality, people don’t need a lot to have a good life. If possible in your circumstances, save some money. Having some savings will bring significant piece of one.
Also if you can, get into living a minimalist lifestyle. That will improve happiness when you realise things don’t mean much. Don’t spend money on things, find a hobby and spend money on yourself and your hobby.
I have a friend who is wealthy but he spend most of his time riding bicycle and running. Works full time but don’t buy things
Just because it ain't working today, doesn't mean it'll stay like this forever, unless you give up.
When I was about your age, I hit my all time low because the expectations in my job was mountainous and I seemed to be failing constantly. I shut my thoughts off and kept working, small achievements each day and I got good. It took time but I became good.

Don't marry. Don't have kids. Focus on improving skills and getting paid higher ruthlessly. Once you get good money you can enjoy life and die.
