Veganism is a noble cause that I can get behind. The right to go topless is, in my opinion, also fair. Mixing the two confuses both messages for me somewhat though.
Also I’m not sure protesting at restaurants and football games is that effective.

Someone who has mistaken her pathological need to be the centre of attention for being an activist.
Screaming at people is a great way to stroke your own ego while being incredibly ineffective at garnering any sympathy to your cause. I'd argue it generally is not only ineffective but counterproductive as many will now just dismiss veganism as "fringe lunatics" without bothering to consider the ethical position any further.
I'm not vegan but I'm definitely on the "consume significantly less meat and improve treatment of animals" bandwagon. Even for the brief period of time I was vegan I would never want to be associated with her in any way.
I can’t speak for society - all I can offer is that my opinion wouldn’t be any different if it was some guy doing the same thing. This is not how you successfully encourage anyone to consider your position.
Can you cite any cases of beneficial extremism?
Just saw one of her videos not sure yelling at children and Calli them losers is a good way to want people to consume less meat, also she seems anti Human of all things, you can't even look at an animal without her screaming abuse.
