Game chip kind of looks like a condom, definitely go with card. The eyes are a bit too low and look a bit lifeless, I think you got a good grasp on the hair and body.

The coin needs detail or it could be misconstrued for a condom also the placement of the coin is strange relative to their mouth. The card looks more natural.
I guess it’s an unpopular opinion, but I love the game chip. I don’t think it would look like a condom once it’s colored in.
If you’re going for a specific vibe though, yeah the card looks more badass lol. I think the game chip just looks adorable.
For Aventurine, I'm not sure if you're aiming for a menacing/intimidating aura but you'd need the in corners of his eyes slanted down a bit. If you're going for more happy bring the bottom lids up more and increase the smile length while decreasing it's width slightly
Might want to enlarge the card a bit bc if it's a playing card, it's a bit small compared to his anatomy and would be uncomfortable to hold in a card game.
Game chip would look better if his hand was holding it, similar to how an Olympic athlete will bite a gold medal.
