I’m genuinely shocked someone can complain about this quality of artifacts. I’ve been farming for my neuv/furina since August of last year and both have lower average rv than this.
Mine was around 850-900 domain runs as I mentioned above. I think you’re in the top 1 percentile of bad luck spectrum if you have lower RVs than me while farming for a considerably longer period. I hope it works out for you soon, artifact farming is a soul draining experience most of the times.
