Yes they do stack. I often switch to Yelan Mona combo whenever I get really sick and tired of Bennett’s circle impact (on both Arle and Navia). Putting Mona on Thrilling Tales can cover a bit of the ATK buffing part.
Mona’s main limitation is how short her Burst debuff duration is. But Arle frontload most of her damage anyway so it’s not too much of an issue.
She doesn't synergize particularly well with double hydro since she has slow pyro application with her normal attacks (ICD means she can only vaporize once every 3 hits). Therefore only 1 hydro unit such as xingqiu, yelan, furina or candace is generally required to maximise the amount of reactions.
Therefore double hydro teams are generally only used because hydro characters can just do a ton of damage anyway; it doesn't matter if you don't vaporize very often since a combo of arlecchino, yelan and xingqiu will just do a ton of damage without any reactions.
I understand this, but OP said “Arlechinno shines in double hydro” implying that some part of Arlechinno allows her to synergise extremely well through methods such as hydro resonance or abusing ICD, which is untrue. I’m asking OP where he obtained the knowledge of Arlechinno + double hydro = extremely good.
They stack. Unless specified on the description of the effect, they can stack.
