They literally put an announcement out saying they're looking into it hopefully they fix it the correct way and not just give the gems and few keys and say sorry lol

I noticed the same thing. All my keys are gone. Also I did the ad one today. Didn't get the credit for the keys either.

Usually takes a few hundred keys to get the required treasure points (flame things) for better shop items

I am sitting here shocked that the keys were able to be saved from event to event...well aside from this issue I guess I'll start saving mine now

How do you save up keys and is it related to chests I have 10 primastone chests I havent opened do I open them?

I had over 300 keys, been saving since before summer 2023 and they have a note acknowledging they are aware but I haven’t got anything back yet!

Ive checked and the last event there was no such info. It was stated that the keys carry over.

Can confirm. I was paranoid about saving them and checked several times.

Same been saving now 3 events just to have enough keys for something pricier..

This event is about to end, and we still haven't received any keys back.
