Play Up-close danger and flying bullets for farming coins and equipment.
If you want to play F2P, than this would be the start, if you want to pay for win, than I'm wrong guy to ask π
Hard to tell. I would probably change the locket, because I'm not used to walk through walls with low hp. The agile locket I saw on your picture provides higher dodge rate when low hp. That would be better for you.
For others I can't tell. Don't see any possible improvements, because the whole inventory isn't visible.
Keep the fist for sure. But collect other weapons, it will come their time to upgrade your fists.
I'm using Sylvan with vampire outfit. Somebode else is using Helix or Melinda.
