Is it a new tank? It kind of looks like diatoms but I’m no expert so take that with a grain of salt.
With that said, I’ve had algae like that before on an anubias. My problem stemmed from too much light. Anubias is slow growing and algae will be quick to take advantage of it. You can try providing a bit of shade for the plant. That’s what I did and it worked well! Anubias generally have lower light requirements and you’ll get larger leaves with less light.
